Syncronization by serial
Hi people. Does anybody have experience with sycronizing two brighsign devices by the serial port? I have tried using brightauthor but it doesn't seem to work. I am using a null modem cable. In the master project I have told the unit to send a serial string command 'start' (no quotation) - I have tried both with and without CR. I did this by selecting 'advanced' on one of the states. On the slave I chose a serial event with the parameter 'start' to trigger a state. What am I doing wrong? Can it be that you can only do it by scripting, and in that case - does anybody have a sample script? Best regards Jakob.
