How to Get Support
Does anyone know the secret to contact BrightSign support? I placed an email request for help (#308) since I think I have a bad port in my HD1010 via the web site. A support person exchanged emails with me to help troubleshoot the port. My last test information was sent back last Friday. Repeated emails and a phone message left with the only phone number on the website have now gone unanswered. VERY frustrating when trying to get your signs back on-line. Jerry
