Hello In Media library while adding a directory of media, i get error "Bright author has stopped working-Close program" Same problem happen with new and old versions. Computer configuration is: Dell Laptop Studio 1557 Win 7 Pro 32 bit English Ati mobile Radeon Hd4500 Intel Core I7 Thank you

  can you remove all of your videos from the library and test again? Also...
  
  The eventlog.txt can be found in the following locations. You may need to set your computer to show hidden files and folders to find this folder.

  Ok, so there aren't any errors there.
  
  This is most likely a codec issue. When brightauthor reads the media library, it generates thumbnails from the images and videos. I've seen codec problems cause this to fail.
  
  Try downloading and installing a codec pack, like k-lite codec pack, and see if the problem occurs. You can also do a quick test on another computer to see if the problem occurs there as well. Whenever I've seen this before, it's been a codec issue.
