Simple Network

I wanted to ask for suggestion on SN. Should I delete the files from my simple network website directory before each publish to keep it clear of old pool files and old sync files. I figured this would be best since all files are coded in the pool directory. just wanted to know if anyone else is doing this or is it a waste of time?
