mix BS units in one presentation.

Can you have 1 presentation across multiple BS 210w and 1010w if you not using interactive plays list? I have 2 210W and 4 1010W and want all to run one presentation will this work? I am phasing out the 210w and want to move the 1010W in place and cannot do so on 0same day. can a 210 and 1010 run same presentation?

    Yes, they can all run the same presentations.

    maybe you didn't understand my question.

    I have two units 210w and 1010w on my desk for testing.

    I have a simple network looping video presentation on the 210w working.
    (not using any 1010w features)
    Your answer lead me to think you did not need to edit anything and the presentation for a 210w would work on a 1010w.  

    I take the SD card out of my working 210w and place in 1010w unit and it never comes up   blinks err and never
    starts.

    So please clarify what is the process to take a presentation build in BA for a 210w unit and use same on a 1010w unit?

    Do I have manual edit the xml to change unit type?
    Do I recreate a new presentation selecting the 1010w as the unit type?
    or should the 210w presentation on the sd card work in my 1010w with no changes?

    my 1010w is works since I made a test presentation selecting unit type 1010.

    What firmware is on your 210 compared to the 1010? There's nothing the 210 does that the 1010 can't. SO, it doesn't make sense that the 210 project causes an error on the 1010. Are both units plugged into the network? Was the 210 setup wireless or to the use ethernet? And, is the 1010 setup the same way?

    Can you send me the 210 project that's causing errors? THe actual published files.

    both units are setup wired. both are running firmware v3.3.78

    The presentation is one of my larger one so I not sure I can post the complete SD care it is almost a 1 gig.

    When the err blinks will it log something to the card you can look at?
