Hello, I´m using a BrightSign HD1010, with the last BrighAuthor version 2.2.0.32. We were trying to make a vertical display, thinking it´d be possible with BrightSign, but it´s not possible without editing the video or images. I think it would be a good idea to include it at new versions, but anyway... I saw it´s possible to turn the Ticker zone text from 0 to 360 degrees. I´ll be fine for the presentation we are trying to make, but I was trying all ways and it doesn´t do anything. The text is allways horizontally... Is it possible to do it, or am i wrong? How? Thank you.

  You might have been changing your settings in the wrong place.
  
  If you change the settting under edit preferences, that's a global setting. It applies to the default settings for any new projects you create. If you go to zone properties for the text zone in your project, you can adjust the alignment for the current project.

  I tried both, but doesn´t work...
  
  could be the version of BrigthAuthor¿ ... maybe the firmware?  I think i have last updates,,
  
  tomorrow i´ll check the firmware but ´think it´s the lastone..

  i was doing some tests, and the same proyect made with 2.0.0.42 BrightAuthor version runs ok, with the "vertical" text, but publishing it with 2.2.0.32 version doesn´t work.
  
  I´m doing it with the last firmware version at your web, (not the beta one), and i tried to do it with beta firmware and doesn´t work with the last software(I didn´t make a test with that firmware and the old software version)
  
  
  So i think there´s something wrong with this last software version
  
  If you want me to send you a copy of my project it´ll be ok, but i don´t think there´ll be the problem..
