Live Video Module Issue

I have a live video module (composite input) hooked up to my HD1010w unit via a Startech externally powered USB hub. I also have an Acer T230h touchscreen through the hub as well. I am having some issues with the live video module. I hear the audio fine, but no video. I'm wondering if this could be a setting somewhere in the software I missed. I did everything else (checked connections, changed source, etc) with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks!
