HD210 Simple File Network UMTS-Problem

Hello I have a HD210. This is to download from an FTP server a few pictures. When I connect the HD210 with the DSL that works well. But I use UMTS, invites the HD210 only autorun.brs, autoschedule.xml and the autoplay-project.xml down. Does anyone know of this problem and may have a solution? Yours sincerely, Micha

    I don't quite understand the problem you're describing? You're downloading from the same server, but the type of connection to the server is what causes it to work or fail?

    Sadly that's true.

    We tried with our dsl connection - this works fine in any case.

    We tried with two different file (http) servers from different providers (A and B).

    UMTS provider 1 works only with server A, umts provider 2 only with server B.

    We talked to both service providers and both told us that there is no problem with content downloads. For these tests we used a small video and two images.

    On the flash card for the brightsign, there's an autorun.brs text file that's the main script. When you run setup on the card, you can open that file in a plain text editor, and set debugon to true, and loggingon to true.

    I would do that, and then check the log.txt file on the flash card.
