HD810 can't play video built by BrightAuthor?
Hi, I have received a video content from our partner, the video was built by BrightAuthor but not able to see the video being played on the screen but only the version of BrightSign... I had a look at 2 files: 1. autorun.brs and found the versions as below: - autorunVersion$ = "3.4.25" - customAutorunVersion$ = "3.4.1" 2. autoplay.xml, the BrightAuthor version="4". Our BrightSign unit has firmware version 3.2.67. Could you please suggest what actually needed in order to run their video content, was it because of the firmware of BrightSign unit?
