Interactive Playlist, Media RSS, Timing of Changes

Hi, I have been enjoying my Brightsign development. I've successfully created a presentation using 3 zones: 1 Video/Images, 1 Images, and one Ticker. I've successfully used Simple Networking and my free Dropbox acct. to serve up my presentations. This is all so awesome. I'm really stoked how easy it has been. However, there are a few items which leave me scratching my head. 1. Once you add an RSS feed, you can't go back in and edit the URL, unless you delete and re-add it. 2. On non-interactive playlists, you can put a still image with 30 second timeout, followed by a Media RSS feed, followed by another still image. However the MediaRSS feed does not have a timeout, so how does it know to move onto the next still image? 3. I tried creating an interactive playlist, setting the first image to time out after 60 seconds did nothing, it doesn't timeout and move to the next item (MediaRSS, with a timeout command), and doesn't move on to the third image. I've tried really hard to make these Media RSS items work. I'm using a SmugMug acct. and BrighAuthor accepts the URL as valid Media RSS. Does it have to do with the image dimensions? I noticed that my image wouldn't play if it was quite a bit larger than the zone. I resized it and it worked, however, this doesn't sit well since there are a host of settings relating to stretching, filling, cropping images that are different sizes than the zones. If these exist, it must handle images larger, or smaller (logically speaking). So before I go and resize all my graphics to match the zone, can you please explain how the still images must be formatted for them to be displayed? They are all .jpg images. Also, I'm assuming an "Images" zone will allow for Media RSS, since there is an options in the Media Library (under 'Other') to add it to this zone. Thanks for any help in advance! Todd
