Multi-screen sync video trigger HD1010

I have 2 HD1010s and ran Top/Bottom multi screen demo from web page, it worked great. I added several mpeg files in project then I put "UDP In" event instead of "Media End" . Every time I sent command to UDP port, Slave unit started but Master unit didn't. I sent same command twice then Master, Slave unit started but of course they didn't sync any more. I could sync both unit only "Media End (like memo project)" event some how. I though "Sync" used UPD port, my UDP command made conflict or something, I changed UDP event to Button, Serial In event but result was same. "Sync" unction can work only "Media End" event to change video file 1 I upgrade firmware on unit to latest version. 3.5.68 T.K MediaMation, Inc.

    Sync should work with any event.

    You should only be sending a udp command to the master. Then, let the master send a sync command to the slave once it receives the udp command. So, the only thing the slave listens for is a sync event, nothing else.

    I was monitoring network traffic on "WireShark". My PC sent UDP command only Master unit IP address and I saw Master unit sent command to Slave (2 commands, Pre-xxx, ply-xxx). I saw these command when I change event to Button, Serial command. Master sent command to Slave but it won't play it self.
    I swapped unit (Master/Slave), result was same. But when I change event back to "Media End" then Master/Slave both worked just fine, play next video. So Slave had no problem, only Master has problem. The unit came with Firmware 3.3.xx. I had this issue, so I upgrade firmware just in case. But my problem wasn't solved. It's weird, isn't it ?

    Yes, this doesn't make any sense.

    Can you send me your master and slave project, to <!-- e --><a href="mailto:support@brightsign.biz">support@brightsign.biz</a><!-- e -->? I've used serial, buttons, udp, etc to test sync projects, without any problems.

    I'll send my project. Please check and let me know if you find something wrong.
    If you have 1x2 video screen demo with UDP trigger project, I'll try that on my unit also.
