Brightsign 3.5.68 Bug report

I have a fairly complex Touch Screen program running on Brightsign HD1010. The Program was created using BrightAutor 2.2.0.39. All content is 1920 x 1080 MPEG Transport streams without audio. (This I believe makes it an Elementary stream.) Mpegs were encoded with Pegasys TMPgenc The Touchscreens run flawlessly and beautifully for about 3 days of constant activity. They respond quickly and all scheduling works to turn screens Off and On with Power Save Mode. The Bug; On or about the fourth day of activity the units response to touch slows down noticeably. After about 4 or 5 touches the HD1010 shows the reboot screen and restarts. It will do this soft re-start consistently until such time as a power re-cycle is initiated. After a Cold re start the HD1010 will operate flawlessly for another 3 or 4 days. At a guess,.....it looks to me like a buffer or cache overflow. Any ideas 1 Would you like me to submit a copy of the Brightauthor file 1 Brian Brian

    Yes, I'd like a copy of the project.  We have a number of customers that use interactive projects, and have a lot of items in them. I know of an example with over 900 files, and the largest, a button drive interactive, has over 4000 files.

    Is the unit in a location where it might overheated?
    Have you tried changing the flash card used on that player?

    There are 12 Kiosks running the exact same program template with differing content.
    So far 6 of the 12 kiosks, The busiest ones, exhibit this phenomenon.

    I have not yet, but will try swapping out the SD cards.  Currently using SanDisc SDHC 4GB.
