Device not configured for network recovery



I tried to force recovery from the BS webserver but it gives me this message "Device not configured for network recovery" How can I configure it? Txs

    Is your player setup to get the updates through the BrightSign network? What problems are you having with device? Why do you need to force it in recovery? The directions are available at the bottom of this FAQ:

    Actually, no we don't use BSN.  I assume this feature is avail for BSN users only.  I wish SFN users could configure recovery.  Thanks for your support.

    This feature is one of the benefits of the BSN and available for BSN users only.
