HD110 pictures stretched

I am loading 1360x768 pics onto the SD card with the autorun file from the website. The brightsign is connected via VGA to a monitor that can go up to 1920x1080. All the images are being stretched and I have changed the resolution on my monitors from full to 4:3...Images are still strecthed. Help!

    Just posting here what we talked about the phone. WE added a playlist to your card which set scaling to "scale to fit".  We also set the video mode to 1360x768 since you were using vga, and the max vga resolutioin is 1360x768.
