Networking setup downloads files, doesn't play them...

I'm working with a HD210, 3.1.46 firmware, and BrightAuthor 1.0.1.5. I've set the IP address and can ping the box. I've setup the sign properties and network preferences. I have Apache running on a local networked mac at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://192.168.10.33/~brightsign/test1">http://192.168.10.33/~brightsign/test1</a><!-- m -->

The box boots and was busy for some time while it downloaded content files, then it rebooted and was stuck on black without playing anything. Any ideas? Thanks.

    What files are in the root of the flash card on your unit? IF it actually restarted, then it must have completed the download process and tried to activate the content.



    Are you playing any images larger than 1920x1080? If you are playing images that are above the max resolution, and you are using transitions, then those images normally fail to play.



    We can open the autorun.brs on the flash card, and set loggingon and debugon to true. That will create a log.txt file during playback that should provide us some details about errors.
