Using Soundbridge IR remote control with HD2000

I need help setting up a simple interactive playlist and an autorun so that my client can use the Soundbridge IR remote control sold on the Brightsign website to control the start and stop of a 22 minute program using their HD2000. Any help, asap, would be greatly appreciated.
