HD110 not playing autoplay.xml

Hi everyone, i am new to BrightSign, so maybe this is a newie question. I have a brightsign hd110 model. I have downloaded brightautor a create a simple test with one playlist and one video. When i move the content to the SD card, the HD110 doesn't play anything. If i create a autoplay.bsp with the same video mode and the same video, it works. Any ideas? Thanks

    What do you mean by "move the content to the flash card"?

    Did you publish the project to the flash card using BrightAuthor? If yes, what was the resolution you used? Most likely the resolution setting in the brightauthor project was one the display didn't support.

    If you somehow have a unit with firmware before 3.1, then that would cause it to fail with BrightAuthor. You can bootup the unit with no flash card to see the firmware.

    If the unit is connected using vga, try using 1024x768x75p as the resolution. If you're using HMDI, try using 1280x720x60p as your resolution.

    I publish the content to a USB card, and with another computer copy the content in the USB to the SD card.

    I put the resolution to 1024x768x75p in VGA mode, because i am playing it in a VGA monitor.

    In the BSP file, i have the same videotype.

    The firmware is the latest, 3.1.73

    In the SD card i have the next conent.
    - resources.txt
    - current-sync.xml
    - autorun.brs
    - autoplay.xml
    - ZoneAfrica_00.png

    Maybe i am missing some file, or i have too many.
