Background Image Problem

We are having trouble getting a Background Image to work in our presentation. The image is a *.bmp file sized accordingly to fit 1360 x 768 size with a setting of No overscan - full screen. It is my feeling that the image is there in the presentation but being overwritten by the Background Screen Color from the Presentation Properties setting under the File Menu. Is there anyway to turn off that setting to allow Background Image on Playlist 0 to work? 2.0.0.20 version of BrightAuthor with Beta 3.2.67 firmware.

    There was a bug found with this. I'm sending you a newer installer to try.

    I am having the same issues.  My background image does not show up.  I am using BrightAuthor 1.2.13 with BrightSign version 3.2.67.

    I am having the same problem. Background Image does not show up.
    I am using Bright Author 1.2.13 and FW 3.2.67

    Is there a solution available ?

    Lyndon - Downloaded 2.0.0.23, checked Background settings (nothing looks different), uploaded to network, waited for the unit to auto connect and the TV is still NOT showing the background image.

    Downloaded 2.0.0.25, Uploaded to Network and the Background Image is now diplaying correctly. Thanks!
