Is there an option to add more 50p supported resolution?

We have over 80 HD210&810 players and we use them to play looping video content over different displays (computer screens, TV screens and projectors). Most of our videos are 25PFS. IN some cases I have no other options and I play a 25FPS video on 60p. In one case I had a 1024X768 25FPS Video to play on Apple 30'' HD cinema display, the only resolution that the HD210 can play and the screen is supporting over HDMI is 1280X800. The HD210 can play that resolution only in 60p what causing the image to flicker. In other case I needed to play a 1360X768 25FPS video on large display that only has VGA input. Again, the 1360X768 output of HD210 on VGA is 60P. I’m trying to avoid re-encoding the videos to 30FPS to prevent any declaim in quality. With great hope that my problem can be solved Amit

Which resolution do you need at 50p or 75p? I can check if they can be supported.

For the exhibition I'm working on right now 1280X800 HDMI & 1360X768 VGA.

I don't know if those can be supported at the refresh rate you're requesting. I will send an email to one of our developers, but if they aren't supported, or if it's not something that can be changed quickly, then you can try setting the screens to 1920x1080 at 50i or 50p if the screens support it.

The only other option would be to re-encode the videos and change the frame rate.

In these cases I did not have the option to change the resolution because the screens dose not supports 1920X1080.
Thank you for trying to help, and I'll wait to see if the developer will have some good news for me.

    Amit.
