Does BrightSign support non-English characters?

I wonder if BrightAuthor and Brightsign support or display Thai or Chinese characters. Thanks!

    Yes.

    It's possible that for some characters you need the different font than the system font. If you're using a text file, then that text file must be formatted as UTF-8.
