Hi, i have an Brightsign Box "HD210", but there is no screen on my monitor. For testing i have got a LG 702B Monitor. The HD210 is from my company. How can i set the HD210 to standard factory settings? i want to learn how to use the BrightSign Products, but i cant test without a screen ;-) I hope you can help me, thanks

Are you connected using vga or hdmi?
Most likely, the unit is defaulting to a resolution your screen doesn't like or a resolution that doesn't work over the video output you're using.
Please download one of the HDMI or VGA demos from our website, www.brightsign.biz, in the demos section. We have several tutorial videos you can check out, demos that also include brightauthor project files you can edit the demos, as well as a quickstart kit with over 300Mb of content and sample projects.
