audio stop problem

I have a programm with two mp3 files on a brightsign 410 The first mp3 file (1mn) must loop until the second is trigged by a button.The first file is reading again (and looped) at the end of the second. The problem is that the programm stop after 3 mn, and we must restart the brightsign 410 but is always the same problem. Any help 1

    After 3 minutes of playing audio, the unit stops playing audio? You are using a brightauthor project, or a script to do this? If a script, can you post it?
