delay in some video

i have several 30 second videos. All are 30 sec video clip of still image with some basic fade in out transitions. These all work fine back to back. I just added a 30 second video clip of a large water fountain, which has allot of visable motion. At the end of the clip 30 seconds the video stops, i assume it is end of video clip and BS unit is loading next clip. This makes the display look like it freezes for 5 seconds. Is this standard delay with BS 210? when loading next video? Is there something that can be done to speed up the pre-load of next clip so the water fountain clip is not stopping? It really looks bad when the video just stops playing at end. I guess I need to re-edit some end to fade out the video to hide the clip end freeze and load of next video? suggestions. bill

5 seconds is much too long of a delay. The next file to play is another video? Videos open quality, normally within milliseconds, not seconds. If you can upload the content for us to test, I"ll try an duplicate the issue. This isn't normal.

there are 4 videos and one RSS Media on the presentation

    Video 1  (56 meg)   Video 2 (59meg)   Video 3  (56Meg)  Video 4 (problem video 70meg)  Video 5 ( 56Meg  and last is RSS Media Feed for Weather.

do you want all the videos zip up and do you have a drop box to send them to?

    thanks

ok, so after the last video it plays an image next, from the feed?
Or, is the delay between the 4th video and 5th video? If you could upload all of the videos that would be great.
