wireless debug

I installed a 1010W unit today. The customer has a wireless network with SSID and no password. It didn't connect to their network so i took it back to office to test further. I was able to get the 1010W unit to login to my hotspot on my cellphone and access the simple network site web server and pull down files. I made the hotspot the same SSID and no password on my cellphone as the customer site. all good. I took the unit back to the customer site and plugged it in. The unit came up but I checking the server logs and it is not connecting to the simple web server. Is there any log event I can turn on to verify the 1010w unit has successfully access to the local wireless network? I know I have more checking to do what type of wireless router, do they have a firewall? I know my Apple Mac Book Pro hoped on their network with no problems and I was sitting 3 feet from the 1010W and I had full signal on my wireless meeter. What wireless protocol is the 1010W supporting WEP WPA WPA2? Wireless version G, B, N, engine stdout styles zdpost Thanks
