Live Video audio out of sync

Using Brightsign 1010 + EM100 with video input module to pull in Live video from cable box. Audio gets out of sync relatively quick. Using latest firmware. Was not an issue with older firmwares. We have 7 of these setups. Folks are complaining about the issue. Thanks for any help.

    What firmware were they using? We can try downgrading to the older firmware until we can figure out what's causing this problem.

    Using the older firmware 3.3.78 fixed the live audio/video sync problem. Thanks.
