HD110 freezing in video loop

Basically the subject says it. The video playing is an mpeg4 (h264) the firmware of the HD110 is 3.5.77. The freezing seems to happen in random points in the video at random times. After a few seconds of being frozen the HD110 restarts and begins playback from the beginning. Thanks for your help!

  ok, so clearly it doesn't like your file.
  
  Most of the time, this can happen if it's a bad encoding, or if the file doesn't have the proper specs.
  
  Your video shouldn't be more than 25Mbps for the bit rate.
  
  The audio should be aac.
  
  We also don't support above level 4.1. So, if this file is level 5.0 or level 5.1, it will have playback problems.
  
  Can you check the specs of the file?
