Is it possible to use BrightSign to send a video or slide show content to a monitor via wireless wifi to eliminate the need to run cable to the monitor?

You could use a wireless video system, for example Gefen's wireless HDMI: http://www.gefen.com/kvm/dproduct.jsp?prod_id=8255
