Signchannel widget inconsistency

I have a simple playlist consisting of video clips, images, and signchannel widgets. Sometimes a signchannel widget will work and sometimes it won't. Any ideas?

    Are you running the signchannel script only? If using brightauthor, which version?

    How often does it work, not work? Can you provide some more specifics about the failure. Does it work for x hours, x days, and then fail? Is it random how it works or fails?

    Brightauthor Version: 2.2.0.39
    Firmware Version: 3.5.77
    Using the signchannel Widget in BrightAuthor. Script?

    Here's the playlist:
    Home --> VideoClip1 --> image1 --> image2 --> signchannelWidget -->
    VideoClip2 --> image1 --> image2 --> signchannelWidget -->
    VideoClip3 --> image1 --> image2 --> signchannelWidget -->
    ...etc 4 more times, --> back home.

    I've watched and recorded when signchannelWidget works/fails between each video clip several times. It randomly fails. Nothing consistant about when it works/fails. When it fails what displays is the previous slide (image2) for the duration of the signchannelWidget timeout (120 seconds).

    Something else, when using a playlist of just videoClips and signchannelWidgets, the signchannelWidgets fails all the time. Hope this helps.
