Help on HD910

Hi, I got a brightsign hd910 and i want to only have sound go to the box and exit through some speakers but i tried and it doesn't work, i put in a 3.5mm jack in audio in and had the speakers( it has a 3.5mm jack) into sdp1. What do i do?

  oh great, so where do we find support for this? since it is obviously one of your units but there are people selling them left and right on ebay....

  and, your current version of Bright author wont write to it because its firmware is 3.8.39

   

  where can I get a version of brightAuthor to work on this?
