Send Serial String (LF) On Brightsign HD1010 isn´t working

Hello everybody. Since i Updated my last presentation and changed the system Time (BA 2.3.0.57, FW 3.7.44) I can´t get any Serial Commands work. I use a Gefen toolbox HDMI-Switch (Bits per second 19200, 8, Parity None, Stop bits 1, Flow Control None) BA-Settings: Port 0, BR 19200, Data Bits 8, Parity None, Stop Bits 1, ASCII, Send EOL LF, Receive EOL LF. Source 1 = "1", Source 2 = "2", Source 3 = "3"..... I´m using Local Network to Storage my presentations to the Unit. In the presentation i used the "Serial send string (EOL) command to change the inputs of the HDMI Switch. In the Past it worked pretty good I Hope anybody could help me

The autorun file won't do any good unless you were using a custom autorun file before. Do you have one of your older brightauthor projects, and is there a custom autorun attached? Is there serial debugging turned on now that wasn't turned on before on the units? If there is then that could cause problems with the switch.

I don´t have any older Projects, but i am pretty sure, that Serial Debugging is turned off, (because when i Publish my presentations via Local Network there is a Point over my Unit, where i can enable Serial Debugging and if i do this a warning Pop´s up (Presentation .... uses the Serial Port.....)

Is there any other option, where i can check, if Serial Debugging is active??

What is the difference between Serial-send String (EOL) (no EOL) and Serial-send Byte and which option would you choose??

Is it possible, that my SD card (Trascend 4GB SDHC) causes the error.

    Thank you
