Scheduling issues with hd 1020

hi guys need some help here , useing hd 1020 atm , encounter some issues with scheduling, when i set a schedule lets say from 8am to 8 am , the video that i load in cannot play however when i remove the schedule , it work perfectly.

 

Any solution ? and TIA

    Do you mean if you set the schedule as "active all day, every day", then video plays? If so, please refer to this FAQ: http://support.brightsign.biz/entries/256851-My-BrightAuthor-schedule-doesn-t-work-if-I-use-multiple-projects

    Just to be more clear abt the problem.when the schedule is on ,i cannot play any video file, it show a blank screen , but when i remove the schedule (which means i did it without any schedule and just set it to play) it works perfectly. i don't think it is the issues with the clock but i will test it out again and maybe you have some other solutions?

    Please attach the screenshots of your Publish tab: one screenshot with the working setup, and one screenshot with the non-working setup.
