Hi, I'm using a HD110 just updated to firmware 3.9.11, and using Brightauthor 3.2.0.12. I have a mp4 file that plays fine if the SD card is FAT32 format, but if formatted to exFAT the Brightsign is stuck at the welcome screen. From what I've read here on the forum and in the FAQ exFAT should work. Am I missing something? I'd like to playback a file that over 4GB. Thanks for any advice.

Lyndon We don't support exfat. We support ext3, fat, and fat32 for reading and writing to the card.
We support ntfs and hfs plus for reading only. So, you can use ntfs for large file playback, but you can't download files over the network to the unit if it's using ntfs, and you can't turn on logging that writes logs to the ntfs formatted card.

sami ben larbi Hi I am wondering if you could share your version of BrightAuthor with me. i have some older units and need a BA version that will let me author presentations for them. I have searched everywhere for this version (3.2) without luck. Thanks -
