Help about share the camera IP signal

Hi,
I have a xd1230 to play in real time a camera IP signal and I need to share this signal via a local network to another 5 HD1020 using a hub.
I set the units to be part of a local network and the XD1230 play the signal of the camera but I can not access the contents of xd1230 from the HD1020 units.
Any idea?
