I just published a new schedule to a group via BrightAuthor and the player is still showing the previous presentation as active. I do not know why this isn't refreshing but is there a way to reboot via BrightSign Network UI?

Jared Leib I just received confirmation that the updated presentation is now live and working however BrightSign Network is still showing the previous presentation as active. See Attachment. I have refreshed my web browser several times.

Alex Hi Jared, please go to the Manage tab in BrightAuthor, select Status, expand the group where your unit is located and let us know what is the value for the "Checks for content every"? Did you schedule the new project to play all day, every day or at specific time of the day? You can't reboot the brightsign using the BrightSign Network UI. You can use BrightAuthor to reboot the unit:
1. Go to the Tools menu, to Advanced, Unit control.
2. Paste in the serial # of the player, and add the Reboot actionOnce the Reboot action is added, the player should reboot if it's still calling in.
