XD1230 player:
I want to tell the player to play a video file. The file lives on another machine and has a dynamic name. I can change its name to something specific if needed. The other machine is accessible as an FTP or HTTP server. How can I play that video on the Brightsign player?
At one point I thought I was told to tell the player that the URL was simple file network and it would download the video to the player. The player gets hung up on a 404 message looking for current-sync.xml.
The video does not come from publishing a BA script. It is the result of a recording that was made externally and I want to play.
