Converting PDF to PNG gives terrible image quality

I'm struggling with my display. I'm showing four charts from Excel on a 55" screen.

First I save the Excel chart sheet as a PDF, and it looks great, very crisp when zoomed all the way in.

Then I have to save it to a format my 1010w can read - PNG. When I save it, I have to save it at a low resolution to keep it within the 1080x1920 size requirements. This results in an image quality where chart text is not legible when displayed on the screen. If I try to save as a higher quality PNG, BrightAuthor kicks it out, saying its too big.

How can I get my Excel charts onto my display where they look professional?

The 1920x1080 resolution is your target.  If your charge is too big to look good at 1920x1080, then you need to make your charts smaller so they display better that that reoslution. You can break them up into multiple charts so they display better.

Try saving as JPEG or BMP.

pdf's can be turned into very good bitmaps by opening them into photoshop. After that you have any control you need over size and quality.
