picture-audio delay

I have set up several HD120-players in an installation playing video and audio. There is an issue with one of them regarding a strong audio-picture-delay. After playing in loop over fourteen days the picture in about 10sec behind the audio. When restarting the player everything is fine again.

The video is provided via SDHC-card (8GB, Class 10) and runs thru HDMI-cable to the projector. Audio is taken from the mini-jack outputs at the Player.

The video-format is MPEG-4 with AVC-Codec. The file-size is 3.11 GB. Duration of the video is 1.24h. Bitrate is 5238 Kbps and framerate is 60p. Audio-format is AAC with 256 Kbps.

What can I do to get rid of the delay?

Please get the full specs of the video file using the mediainfo program (download from http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net) and send them to support@brightsign.biz

HD120 doesn't support anything above 30fps. 30fps, yes, or lower. Also, for it to be 60fps, most likely the profile level is above 4.1 which is the max profile level for the HD120. Please retest with a new version of the video at 30fps.
