I have an HD220 device. It displays a user generated png file. This png file sometimes get generated several times a day with changes.
I have the HD220 set with a VideoOrImages zone and have it linked to the location the person saves this file at.
Is there an option, or a user event, or script to have the HD220 download the png file after it has changed or have it just re-download the image say every 5min in case there was a change? My users are not very tech savy and it was like pulling teeth trying to teach them just how to create the png file let alone trying to teach them how to publish the files using BrightAuthor. I fear I am asking for trouble if I put this software on their systems.

Alex You can create media rss feed. See directions here:
All that users will need to do is add new image to a web folder (replacing old one with the same name), open xml file in notepad, change guid value in xml file and save xml file. The unit can be set to look for a new image every 1 minute.
There's also a feature in the Brightsign Network service called Live Media. It lets you add images, plus a title and description (optional), and you can then use that as a feed in a Brightauthor project. Once published, users would just make changes to the feed on the web site, and it would be automatically updated on the player.
