Strangest thing. I have a presentation with a dynamic playlist in it. it has worked perfectly fine until now. Somehow, it's downloading videos and using a .jpg extension instead of the correct extension. What in the world would cause this?

Alex How did you determine that? Did you create a project in BrightAuthor or Web UI? Does a dynamic playlist contain videos or a mix of images and videos? The videos from a dynamic playlist do not play on the unit?
