The preview functionality in BA 3.8 seems to not be working so well. In half view everything gets squished together, and in full view it goes off the screen. HTML5 content with Javascript also does not load, but on the player works fine. Is there going to be an update to the beta version, or do we need to wait until it goes production?

Alex What operating system is installed on your computer? What screen resolution is your PC set to? Please export the projects that demonstrate the problem with preview, zip and send them to us. Follow the directions in this FAQ:
Export the projects to separate folders, so we can tell which files belong to which project.

Alexandra Giunta I'm running Windows 7 64-bit with a resolution of 1600x900. My zip file is 64MB since it includes video. Is there another way I can send this to you as the uploader only allows 7MB and less?

Alex You can use a service like https://www.wetransfer.com/ or other cloud service to send big files and provide a link to download.

Ferdinand Tober Kind of the same issue - i.e. a Time zone is set to display HH:MM in the presentation, but the preview shows HH:MM:SS

Lyndon This bug has already been logged under id 18352. It's on the list of preview issues/features that need to be addressed.

mirka I have the same problem, the player plays perfectly the HTML block but the preview not. What should I do;
