Brightsign and CEC

We're looking at dropping 3 or 4 of the HD220 units around campus and saw that Brightsign supports CEC.  (My first time playing with this so I'm totally in new territory).  Just needing to turn the TV on and off on schedule.

Is there a list of TVs that play nice with those units?  Displays to be avoided, etc?

Thanks in advance!

This faq lists all the ways to control screens from brightsign players:

In regards to CEC control, we have a generic power on and power off command, listed as BrightControl under advanced commands. They should work with displays over hdmi that support CEC. This is an hdmi only protocol. Not all displays support it, and CEC support is sometimes uneven. So, even if a display supports it, it might not respond to some CEC commands. Even on and off commands aren't always supported.

You can contact your screen manufacturer to get the CEC commands used to control your screen. It might be something in their user guide or a separate command guide.

    We recommend testing.

We don't have a list of tested screens/tvs unfortunately.
