I am making an interactive presentation for the 1020 model. I publish the presentation to a USB drive, and I check to see that all the files are on the drive. Then I put it into the Brightsign unit. (That is properly connected to the touchscreen monitor, since the monitor is displaying the "Brightsign" logo and model info.) When I insert the USB drive, then the screen switches to dark gray (not black) as the USB drive light flashes, but the image that I've assigned to the Home Screen does not appear. After a little while, the monitor goes into powersave mode. Then it wakes up again, accessing the USB drive, displaying the dark gray screen...ad infinitum.
I enabled both kinds of logging, but there are no log files on the USB drive when I plug it back into the computer.
Attached is a screenshot of my presentation. Can anyone identify what I'm doing wrong?
