Anyone familiar with GPS on BrighSign, is there a way to make a media selection via GPS, instead of a trigger?
I have a client that potentially want weather feed for a moving vehicle on a fixed route. The route is long enough that the weather from end to end is different enough. The Weather Media RSS feed is part of a Interactive Playlist with other items.
What I would like to do is set a few GPS zones, and then have the Media RSS feed URL be decided by which GPS zone the vehicle is in. So if the GPS is in zone A, use the A Media RSS feed URL when cycling through the playlist, if in GPS zone B, use the B Media RSS feed URL when cycling through the playlist, and if in GPS zone C, use the C Media RSS feed URL when cycling through the playlist.
Is there anyway to do something like this, or can you only trigger events at the point of entering or leaving a GPS zone.
Please let me know if you have any ideas on this.
