Black frame before transitioning to next state

Hi,

I'm looking to develop an interactive presentation using a series of videos that I have animated in Adobe AE. The splash screen is a looping video with three hotspots. When one of these hotspots is pressed it plays a 'transition animation' before the next state.

I was hoping to have a seamless transition between the GUI and the videos but I get a black frame before the transition animation. Is there a way to remove the black frame in between states?

    Hi,

    This is probably due to video encoding. Can you please provide a link where these video clips can be downloaded?
