We have several XD1030s on BSN connected through a client's wireless network. On one player, when downloading content, the network dropped and the download was interrupted. After this happened, the player was unable to resume or retry download of the content. When looking at the download progress, the progress bar remained static. I tried pulling the card and wiping it, but that did not seem to solve the problem. Then, the progress bar remained stuck at 0%. I ran out of time and the player is currently running as a local player..
I have two questions:
1. What does this problem indicate? Are the errors in the log preventing the BS from retrying?
2. How can we recover from this? The players are not in very accessible locations, so recovery options that require the client to reformat the disk manually are problematic.
