Images larger than 1920px can't be displayed in HTML 5.

In our company, we display images on a 1080p TV with a BrightSign XD 230.

To display this images, we use HTML 5.

As soon as the dimensions of the image exceeds 1920px, the image isn't displayed anymore.

Is there a way to display 3000 pixels images as well?

    No, the player has memory limitations on the still image resolution, you should scale it to the display resolution whenever possible for best performance.
