What would cause this? I have several different accounts on our BSN. But this account - CitizensBank, only has a single player and we can't upload snapshots. We get this error in the logs:
2016-03-08T00:03:31 1209 403 The requested URL returned error: 403 Forbidden. Invalid token.
All other functions work, including updating projects and the player can upload logs. It seems to be IIS complaining about player permission for uploading the snapshot to the temp directory.
I have re-made this player from the cloud and using BA several times but always the same issue. How could the "token" be wrong?
