There is no BrightSign splash screen. The red LED flashes 12 times. I have tried multiple SD Cards and USB drives, put nothing will upload to reset. Help!

Erik Franzen I am having the same problem. I took the SD card out and made a new device loaded the card back in and nothing. I have tried the factory reset on SD and hitting the reset button on the back of the unit. it never loads and never flashes an error light. just keeps rebooting over and over again. I have even tried two different SD cards.
