How do we set up groups on our internal network? We have multiple units across three floors that I would like to group. From everything I read in instructions, it always says to log in to BrightSign Network, which we do not use on these units since they are internal and behind a firewall with no external access. Isn't there a way in BrightAuthor to set up groups without logging in to BSN?

Romeo Hi Brian,
The short answer is that the concept of grouping players and managing groups of players is a BSN feature. Otherwise players have content published onto them individually. However, you could use Simple File Networking and setup a http web folder (or multiple web folders) with content that multiple players would fetch content from. So this approach would be like grouping players together. please see below for further details about Simple File Networking:
