BrightWall not stretching video. Same image on three screens

Hi I've put together a very basic video wall. 3 screens wide, one screen tall. When I publish my video to the Bright wall I just get the same 1920x1080 video on all three screens. It doesn't stretch to fit across all three. I'm sure I'm missing something very simple. Player is an LS425

    Are you using BrightWall in BA Classic?

    We’ve always preprocessed video content to create multiple video files, one file for each player. That method has always worked perfectly.
    In your case we would start with a video canvas with dimensions 5760x1080px, and then chop it up to three files, each at 1920x1080 so there is no scaling/stretching done by the player, in order to maintain sharp image quality.
    Hopefully that helped.

    So what your saying is the "stretch" function doesn't actually work.
